Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your sunglasses if they are not what you expected or if there’s an issue with the product. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we confirm your exchange request, we’ll guide you through the process to get a new pair sent to you.

Refunds
It is possible to return your sunglasses within 14 days of receiving them. Items in the sale can only be swapped and are non refundable due to the nature of our exclusive Buy one, get one free offer.

Important Notes

• Exchanges are only available for items that are unused and in their original condition.
• We do not cover the return shipping cost for exchanges.
